Project Fees: All project fees will be outlined in a written proposal or contract. Our standard payment policy is:
We believe in earning your trust first. You only pay when your website is complete and you're fully satisfied with the result.
Late Payments: Overdue invoices may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by law. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not happy with the initial designs, we'll revise until you are. Our goal is your complete satisfaction before any payment is due.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables specifically created for your project. This includes custom designs, written content, and source code developed exclusively for you.
We retain ownership of our general processes, methodologies, and any pre-existing materials. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Some projects may include third-party resources (stock photos, fonts, plugins) that are subject to their own licensing terms. You are responsible for complying with these licenses.
Timelines: Project timelines are estimates based on current workload and timely client feedback. Delays in receiving materials or feedback may extend the timeline.
Revisions: Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets professional standards. We test our work across major browsers and devices before delivery.
No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, conversion rates, or business outcomes. Success depends on many factors beyond our control.
Browser Compatibility: We ensure compatibility with current versions of major browsers. Support for older or obscure browsers may require additional work and costs.
ClarityWeb's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
We respect your confidential information and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to complete the project or as required by law. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality during and after the project.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits already paid are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in abusive behavior toward our team.
